The ABOVE Nashville Edgehill Retreat has the charm and interior of a modern new build located just minutes from downtown Nashville. The center of the home is the main floor, where the kitchen, living, dining, and entertaining areas are located. This 'open concept' space creates a perfect flow and balance between spaces. This estate is great for a dinner party. The high 2-story ceilings create an open, airy feel when entering the home. Enjoy cocktails and appetizers on the upstairs deck and then transition inside for a formal dinner prepared by one of our chefs. The spacious primary bedroom on the First Floor has an attached luxurious en suite bath that evokes a spa feel. Upstairs, you will find an office, which can be transitioned into a sleeping room with an attached bath, as well as a guest queen room with an attached bath. The secondary living area is located upstairs, which can also be transitioned into a sleeping room with an attached full bath and deck for grilling, lounging, and entertaining. Walk to shops and visit the university, or travel downtown with ease from this prime location. Nearby parks add to the relaxing, family-friendly feel of this neighborhood.
