The main level is the perfect area for entertaining, with a formal dining, bar/entertainment area, kitchen, multiple living spaces, and a den. The basement floor has a theatre and game room with a pool table and air hockey table. The true ‘charm’ of this property is the outdoor area. It has multiple large lawns for games and a pool, and it also has a putting/chipping green. The large patio has multiple seating areas, creating a great flow from the indoor kitchen and open space to the outdoor seating areas. This property is truly an entertainer's dream!
